The film, directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, will release in theatres on Eid 2025. The makers shared the announcement with a post on Instagram while welcoming the 'Animal' actor on board. Sikandar marks Rashmika’s fourth Bollywood film and her first on-screen collaboration with superstar Salman. This places Rashmika among the list of young actresses to feature alongside Dabangg Khan. Interestingly, Rashmika is 30 years younger than Salman Khan. The 58-year-old actor had previously shared screen space with many young actresses, including Saiee Manjrekar, Pooja Hegde, Disha Patani, Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha among others.<br/>
