This patient had multiple hernias.I chose an eTEP approach with repair of a recurrent incisional, epigastric, 2 Morgagni diaphragmatic and a left spigelian hernia.Iused 2 pieces of mesh to make sure we had good coverage.The patient went home on post op day number one.
