Description: From Crow pose, extend your arms and shift your shoulders forward into Crane. Pull your heels to glutei, suck your navel into your spine and float your knees off of your triceps as you lift your hips and press into your fingertips. Open through the shoulders and stack your shoulders over your wrists and hips over shoulders. Stay tucked.
