Description: This video is about the 10 Day Boxing based Fitness Challenge, taken at the Raging Bull Boxing Club in Karachi. The aim was to train hard and to loose as much weight as possible. Shazad lost 8lbs and 3% body fat, doing only boxing fitness training.
